I led the visual overhaul of the welcome email for Cypress Hemp, a Louisiana-based wellness brand. Moving away from their original "bare-bones" layout, I developed a sophisticated, high-conversion template featuring strategic typography, brand-integrated graphics, and a refined visual hierarchy.

By streamlining the flow, I ensured the messaging remains scannable while significantly increasing the prominence of the Call to Action (CTA). Additionally, I conceptualized a Halloween-themed campaign that balances seasonal playfulness with the brand’s core identity.
